need help with freeze 12

ive searched the forums i have a can of freeze 12 charge and the single line attatchment that comes with it.. ive searched the forums a bit unable to find how i should add this to my truck i can post pictures if needed but i think it needs a can maybe more id rather not convert to r134 this stuff gets reallly cold and seems to last longer based on other peoples opinions all over the web. Just wanting to know how to add this can to my truck without having the manifold gauge set.

well R134 is SUPPOSED to be better all around with everything....however R12 seems MUCH MUCH colder to me.

and i have no idea on the rest of that..never had to add R12 to a vehicle.

R12 gets colder than R134, but you really need a set of gauges to properly install it, otherwise your just guessing if the system is low and your just guessing at how much needs to be added.
