When I come to a stop from going like 10mph somthing in my front end is popping like 3 or 4 times until I stop?? Its got tthe sa and auto hubs.... Do you think my hubs are still locked?

You can check the hubs by lifting one tire off the ground and try spinning that tire and see if the front drive shaft moves, then repeat for the other tire.

Could also be the torque rod making the noise, either due to loose bolts on either end or worn out bushings.

Check your shock mounts too- worth a shot. I heard a thunk/pop noise at low speeds once that just turned out to be a missing shock nut.

Although this isn't as likely, it could be that your J arm ball has worn a groove into the drag link, allowing for movement (scary). I've seen this on a couple trucks.

Check for loose u bolts; in combination with a missing (removed) torque rod, your axle could be wrapping under braking and moving suspension components. I'm not sure how likely this is at only 10 mph.

thanks for the clues guys. It mostly happens when i am goin like 30 and then coming to a stop... And then i will put the clutch in and hit the brakes and it will usually pop 3 times before i stop... ?

i have a similar problem with my 00 prerunner. ive been searching the forum archives for solutions and similar occurrences, but it seems this is the closest i can come. my popping sound only happens once while slowling down, no matter what the speed is. and it seems to react to the amount of pressure i put on the brake pedal (how loud that pop is). the weird thing is, originally, it only made the popping sound when the truck was braking in reverse, but after having new shock absorbers installed, now it always makes this popping noise when braking in drive. im going to check the suggestions listed above, but if anyone has any other input or if the OP'er would be willing to divulge what they did to fix this, id be grateful.

I would check your caliper bolts for tightness and that they are both there on each side.
Also look to see that both pins are in your calipers and going through your pads. Do you notice any grooves or hot spots on the rotors?
