I have heard that 92+ 4runner calipers are the biggest and best for caliper swap, and fj60 vented rotors as well. Im thinking ill just buy all these parts new to ensure reliability, and the seem affordable. Should this setup work? What brands should i look for when purchasing these parts? I will buy remanufactured parts and would prefer to only pay a core if its local and i dont have to ship it.

You will want to upgrade master cylinder and dual diaphram booster too.

I'm got the '86 IFS calipers and LC rotors plus the 1" MC and dual booster. Works good.

What do you want for your non vented rotors? calipers? I've got a rear disc kit that uses them.
