22R to 22R-E Conversion?
What parts do I need from a 22R-E to put onto my 22R.. I just wanna get those few extra KM's per tank, and a bit more power..
How hard is it to do and wire up the ECU etc?

I did this recently, it's not too difficult if you take your time.
You need the obvious things; intake manifold, air purge box (top side of FI), EFI Computer, air intake box and intake tubes, fuel pump.
Other things, not so obvious.
High pressure fuel line from tank (steel hard line), the tank too if you can get it.
Cover plate to cover the hole for the mechanical fuel pump(needs to be removed).
EFI distributor
Maybe EFI coil/ignitor (I don't know if they are the same).
Knock sensor
Emissions stuff;
Heat riser tubes from exhaust manifold
EGR valve
O2 sensor
It was the little things that I missed, and had to go back looking for.

i just did this, i had everything i needed or so i thought. there's a water line that comes out of the bottom of the throttle body and "T's" into another line from the timing chain cover. this is not on 22r engines. for some reason you have to have this line. i eliminated all my smog crap with block off plates. i did away with the heat riser tubes on the manifold. you do have to have a efi distributor but not the coil. you'll have to do some wiring because the plugs are different. mine is done but still needs some fine tuning
