Wiper troubles on 81
I bought and 81 pickup and the wipers do not work i was only getting about 9 volts to the wiper motor so it was not working. I jumped the motor itself to the battery to make sure it was good and it checked out. next i checked the relay and it was full of mud so i got one off an 83 and it still wont work, any suggestions on how i can get these things working???
