Ignition system swap
Is it possible to swap a newer electronic ignition system from like 86 or 87 into a 76 or does anyone have a coil power supply. Does anyone know what would keep a coil from getting power. There is no spark which leaves us without car...

Try this place, www.performencedistributors.com , they sell GM HEI distributors for toyota trucks. all you need is a single 12 volt wire to run this ignition system.

I don't think that is entirely correct...I have been looking to do just that and all of my research has led to the conclusion that you must retain the stock igniter in circuit with any MSD product...correct me if I am wrong, that would be great.
