gear oil change

hey all, just picked up an 81 and it's been enjoyable so far, but i'm still new to toyotas. the truck sat for almost 2 years so i want to get all the fluids changed out before i take her on her maiden voyage out a few hours and off-road. i want to get the trans/t-case as well as diff oils changed out. what type of oil is recommended for the diffs, trans and t-case? thanks!

75w-90 GL5 gear lube in the transmission and transfer case, 80w-90 GL5 hypoid gear oil in the differentials is what my manual says.
