Nice box!! Here is a good story for ya. I have a Snap-On KRL-761 which I aquired new and for free. I worked for Rose Toyota in San Diego, the first dealer in the nation, and like most dealers in that area the shops were not enclosed by walls. Yep, thats right just a fence around the dealership and a roof over the bays. I had worked there a total of one full day when some A$$ holes leaped the fence at night, broke into a majority of the boxes, with I quess large pry bars, and stole our tools and some of the toolboxes. Many techs were pretty sad the next day ecspecially me. They stole my 20+ year old Snap-On top box with almost nothing in it and destroyed the drawers of the matching bottom box. Too make a long story short, we were asked to write down everything that was stolen or damaged for the insurance company. The insurance companies replaced everones tool boxes and tools they had reciepts for and gave us a 10% allowance for items we could not prove we had. Since my box was 20+ years old and nothing to compare it too, they gave me a shiny red Snap-On KRL761 for free. What a way to start your first job right?

I wish I had pictures. I dont have anywhere near that many mechanics tool really and all of my stuff is stanley b/c its built well enough to hold up to my abuse then its ok in my book.

Probably have most size sockets, wrenches, specialty crap as well as one would need to work on thier own car and whatever I dont have can usually be done with some other tool if I am carefull.

Thats a nice box btw...

wow thats crazy No walls just a fence lol i would think at least a lockable tool room.

my Snap-on box is my second one
after 2 yrs just paid it of i pulled it out from the wall 2 clean /wax I found rust around the bottum / paint was pealing in sheets. Had 3 guys from Snap-on look at it and they replaced the box for free.
The box i have now has no real use time on it.

Lockable tool room was only for shop equiptment.

Nice clean tools Unclejstoy. Look like they might rust if you don't grease them up a little. LOL. Seriously though, nice set up.

I hang many of my tools on pegboard above my workbench. I still have a bunch of stuff in my old Craftsman box, but find it easier to get to stuff hanging right in front of me.

haha thanks. This is one of 2 that I have. This one is a 185 and the other not pictured is a 125. They are both in the process of getting fixed up. The engine for the 185 is in that picture above on top of my toolbox.

I got a garage, but it dont fit my T100 to well. BUt I do have access to a full shop, lifts galore and tools galore. Plus a few real mechanics to gimme a hand if they feel like it..

I know, I suck..

Yea even if i had a garage the likelihood of the 4 runner fitting in it is slim But a place to store my tools would be nice at least.

Here's a better picture of my bench and tools on the pegboard:

And here is the old craftsman box. I worked out of it every day for ten years. It's been retired to my home garage since 1999.
