It's possible to bend 3/4" x 3/4" .065 wall square tubing without having it kink while the bend is being formed.
Any heavier and it will crinkle like a pop can.
Unless you have a mega bucks mandrel bender such as aftermarket automotive frame builders use.
Hossfeld benders work well. www.hossfeldbender.com located in Minnesota.
We have one at work and it will bend square bar, round bar, flat bar, tubing, angle iron, and schedule 40 lightweight pipe.
There are a Plethora of dies, molds, inner and outer to use with it.
It's available in either manual, or hydraulic power.

Cost vs. downtime for not having the proper tool or die, [ my abuse excluded] is negligible.
