COTTORA McAllister Gulch/Holy Cross run
Saturday, McAllister Gulch:
Nice trail SUPER scenic. Pretty easy, except one part. If it hadn't been raining for 2 days straight, the one part would have been better

Sunday, Holy Cross:
This trail is the real deal. Everything you've heard about it is true. Scenic? Check. Historical? Check (there's an old mining ghost town at the end) Hard as hell? CHECK French Creek is a serious obstacle.

I'm as anxious to see the video as anyone!
Some more pix from the others on the trip:

Nice... looks lie another great CO place calling my name. I can see I need to make an extra effort to travel to CO next summer.
So, is this the actual trail... or just messing around?
It's different to see water actually flowing on your runs. In AZ, moving water is generally pretty rare.

That is the actual trail, though that is a difficult line. The picture of the Taco stuck above is the easier way. Its pretty gnarly.

Also, hilarious that in the group shot, Tippy is the only truck getting worked on!!! Just givin you guys crap....Awesome pictures.

due to time constraints, we just got Tippy and Jade across French Creek and turned around - didn't even go up to the city.
Tippy has been making a clunking noise lately that is a bit concerning...
