nice that does help. I also am gonna be running 33 but was thinking going 4.88s i might reconsider going with 5.29s from what I have heard. My motor is only being bored .020 over but a fairly similar set up. I thought running bigger valves and a longer spray may help as well. Though I am not looking for huge power gains I would like to get more and stay in the reliable category. Thank you.

I think it was worth it. I called and Talked to Ted (engnbldr) and he suggested that with my .040 overbore, 5.29 gears, and 33" tires, I go with the 268 Cam. Now without all of those other options, I would have gone with the 261.

It made improvements all across the rpm range for me. Not results are going to vary depending on what you have (gears, bore, etc..)

I used to have to downshift into 2nd every time I would hit the hill coming into my neighborhood. Now with the combination of the new cam and bore, I pull the hill in 3rd and sometimes can shift into 4th when I reach the top.

    Hope that helps.

I have been hitting people up about the bore and engnbldrs cam think it was worth it? Did you notice an increase in power? I was going to go with their performance head with bigger valves and that cam trying to get outside input. Thanks in advance
