it turned out to be water leaking down the passenger side a pillar, and getting two harness connectors soaked. they were so corroded that they were only connected by corrosion, and had split the plastic connectors. I cut them both out, and spliced all the wires, one at a time, and runner has been running perfect since. they were two connectors connecting above the ecu in the passenger side behind the kick panel.

yeah i have no cat on my truck so when i first crank it up it acts like its missing till u rev it up but i am gonna put it on tomorrow and see if it helps
