i bet you have to adjust the clutch free pedal. when i changed my clutch, it was pretty hard to stick it into gear because the clutch engaged right away when i let off the clutch pedal. so look under the dash, look above clutch pedal and you will see the rod from the clutch master cylinder connecting to the pedal. you will see threads on the rod. loosen the lock nut then turn the bolt untill the free pedal is correct. to check the free pedal, press the clutch pedal lightly with your finger until there is resistance and measure the distance of that.

everything about adjusting the clutch pedal is on this link http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/1993/clutch/2checkand.pdf let me know if adjusting the pedal solves your problem

jack up the a arm pretty high, look for the upper bumpstop and stick a big socket on that so the upper arm doesnt go back down when you lower the jack. and then take out your balljoints

Hello, I noticed your 4runner in the gallery. Can you share what suspension is on the front and rear? I have a '94 with 31's that I would like to go to 33's on.
