    help 1986 22re runner...throttle position sensor..does it need to be connected to the two tangs that, come off the throttle body? when hooked up does it move , your throttle when adjusted?

    Help 1986 22re 4runner wont start dead nothing..I have new charged battery..No light, no click, like I dont have a battery...Any ideas all fuses look good
