A couple of floor jacks with blockes of wood to distribute the weight of the body. Unbolt one side of the truck and loosen the other side as much as possible. Use both of the jacks on one side, jack the body up,put in the blocks and bolts but dont tighten them. Repeat on the other side then tighten all the bolts. A second set of eyes will help to. You need somebody to watch for overstreched wires and hoses as you jack it up... good luck if you need more info send me a message
