you have to modify the drive shaft nub by cutting off the drive shaft exposing the nub then grinding to get a snug fit, go to pirate 4x4 and keyword driveshafts or sqaure driveshafts your shoudl find good write ups, oh i forgot if you plan on using 4x4 on the street then you better go to rich drive line service and get a balanced unit. his prices seem very good.

hey if you decide to go with a regular driveshaft go to Aukeen Drivelines in kent, i garuntee he builds the stongest drivelines for a very reasonable price. If you go there tell him that Derek sent you.

hey your replying to me on your own page LOL no bigie jsut hit view conversation and reply there.

Yea we should get a trip scheduled to walker valley at some point I would like to get a good look at your rigs setup. I also would like to see it in action. I am wanted to upgrade my motor, I like the 350 since I am an old chevy guy turned toyota guy. alot of guys are going 4.3L chev or 3.4L toy but I may just go SB350 still on the fence.

i would love to make it to reiter, i might be ready. i was running the original 5 speed with the bellhousing adapter and all was fine, but i heard bad things about fourth and fifth gear being extremely weak under v8 load. i scored a turbo 350 tranny off my neighbor with the yota t-case adapter shaft. all for free, a little labor around his shop and he threw in a set of v8 motormounts also. the tranny has a towing shift kit, its a blast to drive. i haven't hit the trail yet. all that snow we had was sure a blast though.

Nice runner! 350 swap nice, saw your upgrading to high steer probally wont be ready for a run? we have a group run going out at tahuya this saturday. In a couple weeks we may be headed out your way to reiter should join us, I would like to see your runner hit the trails with that 350. BTW are you running a toy trans? Me and another guy were in an adapter plate to toy vs. full chevy running gear.
