    Hey man,
I was reading through your troubleshoot of someone else's VSV issue with their 4wd and you seemed to know what you're talking about with this stuff and I am a bit of a rookie. So I have vacuum on the rear nipple of the VSV but it does not change when I press the 4wd button on the shifter however if I switch the lines, it will go into 4wd. Where would you recommend going from there? Oh, also it's a '99 4Runner Limited and it does have the "on-the-fly" 4wd shift button. Thanks!
