As an example of the kind of thing I keep running into. This is the cable from the igniter to the distributor. The truck runs, but the ignitor is a 1971 I believe. No worries there, but the connection was made with crimp on spade connectors. Not having realized this previously, it was no fun when those wires came loose, and I had to find the problem in a pouring rain storm. I am currently scouring the markets for proper replacements.
