all the ifs crap from 97 4 ruuner SAS, downey lift cheap
I only except money and beer.
i have all the stuff that gets pulled when you do an SAS. This whole assembly was cut off with plasma cutter so it is all still bolted together. vehicle had 120k when i cut it all out
rack and pinion
front ifs axel assembly
brakes
sway bar
the lift has about 20k miles on it
i also have a Downey adjustable lift that was on the 4 runner before i started on the SAC. this kit works on 96-02 4 runners the total kit cost over a 1000 bucks but ill let it go for 500 bucks. all the info provided came right off of their web site, the only thing i couldnt find was the rear shocks that i also got from them.
These kits use 30% heavier duty powder painted coil springs, which upgrade the Toyota suspension for all anticipated highway and off road demands. Downey then adds a custom machined Bilstein shock. Downey includes billet aluminum upper spring seats and lower spanner nut seats/adjusters. Final spring loading/adjusting at the spanner nut of 0” to 3.5” of lift is not accomplished until after installation onto the vehicle (spanner wrench included). This lifting/spring loading method has the same effect as cranking-up torsion bars on the older models.
48095 Complete Front Kit with Bilstein Shocks $759.95
Downey has two spring choices for the 1996-02 4 Runner. All 4WD 4 Runners equipped with automatic differential disconnect (ADD) do not have front unlocking hubs. For reasons far too numerous to mention, your vehicles should not exceed 2” of front-end lift, consequently we offer a 20% heavier duty 2” lift rear coil spring set. For 2WD 4 Runners not equipped with a front differential, there are no front CV Joint considerations. These vehicles can easily be lifted 3 at the front-end, consequently we offer a 3 lift rear coil spring set. The 2” lift coils require use of 8” travel shocks maximum (13” collapsed, 21” extended, stud top, bushing bottom), and a longer rear brake hose is not required. 48296-2 2” Lift Coils, 4WD and/or ADD $197.67
Here it is! The 1990-02 4 Runner 1” lift rear kit designed to be used in the rear when also using at least 3” of lift on the front-end. This new rear kit provides an additional 1" lift when used with Downey 3" rear coil springs (not included), providing 4" of total rear suspension lift. The kit includes new 1" thick polyurethane spring seats. 48257-96 ‘96-02 1” Lift System $160.60
