I just installed a used 3vze in my 94 4runner. It will start and idle kinda rough for a minute. I get nothing when I press the gas. I did notice the dashpot is messed up and won't allow the throttle body to close completely so I will replace that first. I should be getting some response from the gas pedal. Could the throttle position sensor be shot? I know there could be many causes. Thanks in advance.

 

The throttle position sensor needed adjustment and now I'm on to the next issue, oil pressure.
