Having trouble starting on warm starts

After I'm been driving awile, and I'm up to normal operating temp. If I tirn my truck of for several minutes 10 to 20. When I start it, the rpms go up to about 1000 then stumble to say about 200-300 and almost stalls. Then back up to normal. I have seen this posted on the board somewhere but could not find it in my searchs. Could someone point me the right direction. Engine 3.0 recent tune up, oil change, and HG. 162,000 miles

Could it be the temp sensor, or I don't know what it is but the IAC?

Darn proxy servers won't let me search the FSM now. That is the reason I'm asking what section.

I bet its the idile air control valve or (iac) because that works in the same matter as a choke. it lets in air apoun start up. But it also can be an vacume leak, or also take a good look around the throttle body it might be stickin or even leakin...........
