Due to a miscommunication and my characteristic inability to follow directions, I ordered an extra set of starter contacts when I rebuilt my starter.

If your 3.4L starter makes that sick, impotent clicking sound accompanied by hit or miss starting, then these are the parts you need to fix it complete with instructions. If your 3.4L starter doesn't do that......it will eventually.
