Must be 4x4 (sad that you even have to specify that), maintenance records a plus, under 90k miles. no forced induction. mods are ok as long as they are tasteful. post up what you've got!

 

Based on your request, you do not want a '98

Finding a '98 with under 90k would be nearly impossible anyway.

Besides, the '99+ 4runners have much better cup holders, head lights, extra 12v outlets, and a cleaner radio-a/c bezel. They also have a nicer front bumper and a few other little things.
Try craigslist.com (i see them all the time) and all the other used car selling websites. It's extremely rare to see a 3rd gen for sale on YT with under 90k let alone 100k.

Do you want a 5spd or auto?
Leather or cloth?
Do you have a color prefrence?

 

thanks for the response. im looking for the metallic grey and the metallic brown colors, although i'd probably be ok with black, silver or while. basically anything but desert dune, pearl white, or red. i've looked at craigslist but can't find the color i'm interested in. i'd prefer automatic, but i'm not completely shutoff to a manual.

one more thing, i'd like to get one with the rear e-locker.

ps, wish i would've known someone was looking for a 90 4r, i test drove a 90 with 80k original miles a few weeks ago... i'll let you know if i see one again

 

the metallic grey that i am referring to is dorado gold pearl. still trying to find the name of the brownish color, but i think most people know which color im talking about.

 

The brown is Anthracite. And I totalled mine with 83k on it. It was perfect.

 

I'm not sure brown is a very good color to describe Anthracite... it's really more of a dark grey

Ok, so it has a little brown in it. Still, I don't think brown is a very good analogy for the color.

 

i'm actually wondering now if the grey color i was thinking about is actually thundercloud grey. i saw this color on a 4runner in person, and since haven't been able to find it online.
