My trailer light update..

Have not had much time to look into them not working but I did realize today I do have the passenger side turn signal and brake light on the trailer working. Nothing else!

u still have the factory module thing? If so, ditch it... Mine was faulty... went to pepboys and got a universal one and connected a few wires and my trailer lights all work now...

I had similar problems with the OEM taillight converter on my '00. The dealer replaced mine 3 times, free of charge under warranty, before it finally worked right.

Yes, I am pretty sure I still have the factory module thing. I think you all told me the module is behind the drive side panel in the back of the truck? Is that right?

Thanks,
Mike

That's right. And is sounds like it is the converter. Just splice in a new one, matching wire color / function from the wiring harness to the module.
