saying i have to ADD/REMOVE it...

Yeah, you have to remove Beta 2 to install 3. Add/Remove programs, and it should be listed there.

A side note... I really hope the final release is not tied in to the Windows shell, but rather a standalone browser. That would really help with a lot of spyware issues.
