AOL - cancelling your account

Has anyone heard this? Go to cnn.com and listen to this story, its on video. Sorry no link.. Glad I dont use aol....

I watched the vid. It's like pulling teeth to get your account cancelled. I had AOL for about 2 months & hated it a few years ago, it was a pain to cancel, but not like that guy.
