I live in North County. If you wanna PM me the License plate, I can try to keep an eye out for it. Unfortunately, 4Runners that look like yours are pretty common around here.
Also, sadly, it's probably in Mexico, the border being so close and all.

I'll keep my eyes peeled for it down here in IB as well. A PM with a license plate would help greatly!
I really hope you get it back and that it's not in Mexico. Cleanest 1st gen I've seen yet.

Reminder to everyone within a couple hours of the border... 4WD vehicles are in high demand down there. We've been noticing an increase in thefts on the UCSD campus in the last few months.

Thanks for the support guys. This really sucks and still nothing after a week. Guess it's time to start shopping around. Anyone know of an 85 4run in the SoCal area available? Pickings are kinda slip right now by the looks of it.

Damn that sucks. Did it have a super sweet steroe or something that woudl cause added interest? Or do you think they were jsut stealing it for the truck itself.
I'm up your way too, but luckily I will be garaging it soon. That's so screwed up. I'll keep my eyes peeled as well. The border really needs to run license plates.
