Pirelli Scorpion A/T OR Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo?

Trying to buy tires for my dad's 97 land cruiser, which do you guys think is a better choice? The Duelers are $124 each at tire rack, while the Scorpions are $104 each. thanks guys.

Hi Amir,

Welcome to the forum.

Your question has been answered ad naseum so definitely do a search on both tires you mentioned. The general consensus is both tires are good. I personally will get the Revos but i'm also considering MT/Rs as well.

Figure out what kind of driving your dad does and that will make your selection easier.

Thumbs up Scorpion A/T

I have these tires on my Runner & love them!!! They didn't do too well in 2+' of snow but, what would!?!? They are excellent in the rain. 'Wheelin last summer, they did a great job in every type of terrain. Very quiet on the road. So far, the tread wear is a non-issue. I'd rate them an 8 if not 9. Later...

sorry for being off topic, but did you do a true HID conversion on your 4runner?

how much did it cost you all together?

Depends on your needs, but...

I have the Scorpion's because they came with the truck. I actually like them, but I would not have personally chose them over the BFG KO's had I been given a choice. I would spend the extra money and get the KO's, the sidewalls are stronger. My .02.

Good luck!
