heres the deal. I bought this 4runner a while back and its been sitting in my shop at the bottom of the to-do list. Well I finally got around to messing with it today. It had previously been submerged into water and im trying to start it but I cant. I took out the spark plugs to push out all the water but when I turn the key all i hear is a click out in the engine bay and thats it and one under the dash. Also when I turn the key on to acc position I dont here the fuel pump prime. Im not sure if i should be able to but I can always here it in my other car..

My 2 questions are. where is the ecu? I'm gonna try and remove it to see if the board is fried and also when you turn the key on which lights are suppose to come on on the dash. I only get the seatbelt light.
