Strange Brake Phenomenon

Hello YT'ers,
I have a strange occurence while braking when in loose gravel or on an uneven road or braking hard going into a parking lot for example. It feels like the anti-lock kicks in when it shouldn't. I feel it in the pedal like a shudder of sorts. I can't recall that this happened pre-lift. I notice it every once in a while. It feels like something is shifting...the pedal vibrates pretty good. Anyone else noticing this?

That sounds normal.....to the ABS gravel is like ice.

Cool...I may be over reacting, but it just feels weird and it is only the one wheel that does it...hmmmm Thanks Jamie!

mud

do u go through mud because that can sometimes get up in your brakes and make that happen. BUt it may be normal. If it may be mud i'd just take a pressure washer to it.

Take your brakes apart and see if you've had any fluid leaks. That can sometimes cause brakes to bind a bit.
