Anyone ever BEND their Steering Knuckle?

I'm trying to figure this issue out...

after last time I went wheeling, I noticed I was getting more rubbing that usual on my upper control arm - I replaced the steering rack bushings last weekend and took it to get aligned...the tech asked me if I'd hit anything (duh, ROCKS!) - because he couldn't align it "perfect"

I've got a bit of a lean on my passenger side wheel - The passenger side is maybe 1/2" closer to the upper control arm than the driver side. SUCKAGE.

could it be that I bent either my steering knuckle or ball joint? It' been my understanding that the ball joints would fail last, and at that point they would only pop out.

ANY thoughts/suggestions would be great!

wheel bearing is new (totally forgot that little bit of info) just did the manu hub conversion. 2x checked it, its smoof.

only misc sus part that is not "new" (other than controls arms) is the lower ball joint.

when I jack up under the Lower arm, just till the wheel is off the ground - a pry bar under it - the lower ball joint has vertical play, small - but it's there.

i guess that should be my first step, R/R the lower ball joint.

the may 6-8 trip should be cool by me- this that the CCCCC?
