Tacoma/4Runner PS Pump & A/C Compressor

Hey guys and girls,
Quick question. I'm hoping that somebody here has swapped a 3.4L from a Tacoma 95.5-2004 to a 3rd Gen 4Runner or the other way around (the years I'm specifically thinking about is a 2001 Tacoma and a 2002 4Runner).

What I need to know is if the PS Pump/Pulley/Reservoir and the A/C Compressor/Clutch/Pulley are interchangeable on the vehicles.

When I went to the dealer, they gave me the following part numbers:

2001 Tacoma
PS Pump: 44320-04052
A/C Compressor: 88320-04010

2002 4Runner
PS Pump: 44320-35490
A/C Compressor: 88320-35600

They physically look the same (I think)... anybody know for sure whether they're interchangeable and what the differences are.

Thanks.

If you are putting a 2001 Taco engine into a 2002 runner, why not leave the pump and compressor as part of the vehicle and swap them onto the 2001 engine??

Is there somthing wrong with yours????

Sorry. I guess I didn't explain very well. I'm not doing an engine swap. There's nothing wrong with my 4Runner components (yet). I'm just wondering if I get the 2001 Tacoma components used, will they work for spares on my 2002 4Runner?

Did the dealer have anything to say about the differences?
You might also ask a few of the mechanics at the dealership.

The parts guys at my dealership aren't into that much detail. They ask for year and model... out comes the part number, which they use to go out back to get the parts. Good idea about asking the Toyo mechanics themselves, though. They may know. Thanks.
