Repair shop in Northern VA

Anyone recommend a repair facility in Northern VA/DC/MD that can do a few repairs on my '91 Runner?

I need the CV boots and power steering pump replaced, but don't want to pay dealer costs. I was quoted $650 to replace the inner/outer cv boots and $450 for the power steering pump... ouch!

I have good things about Hi Tech in Chantilly, but I have no personal experience with the shop.

Do a search on Hi Tech and might find some info. Also try searching ODW for the same name (when and if the site returns).
