When I press the main cruise button the green cruise light turns on. But when I touch the accel/decel button to set speed, it does nothing but make the green cruise light start blinking. Whats broken?

Check out your parking brake lever. If its not completely off the cruise won't work. I spent 4 years without the cruise working, until I realized a speaker wire was preventing the parking brake lever from fully releasing. Works perfect now.
