HELP!!! Need some 22re parts ASAP!!!

Guys,
I need some help getting some 22re parts. I would perfer to pay with paypal. Here is what I need:

The metal heater core pipe that runs from under the intake and around the back of the head.

EGR intake pipe that is conected to the exhuast manifold.

Adjustable cam gear

A Hi-Lift jack

What year is your truck, I've got both of the pipes you need, that run behind the head.

Ive got a complete Head , And I mean Complete, Head, Valves, cam, Intake, Exhaust, Fuel rails and injectors, Intake plenum Everything
