hmm.. caped off vac line??? Not in my truck!!!!
Again.. I just bought this 91 3.0...
got to cleaning down the engine/engine bay....
Noticed that a vacume line is capped off w/ a bolt
...
I dont like any part of that so that'll be fixed pronto!!!... Its on the left side of the engine were there are several vacume lines i'll post more details and pics later....

Could be the vacumn lines for the Air Control Valve which runs from teh power steering pump (2 vacumn lines actually). They both go to the intake manifold.
Hard to say though without pics...once you post I'm sure you'll get an answer.
