Remounting stock rear shocks

Remounting stock rear shocks
I'm in the process of stripping my '98 Ltd of her lift components and sliders (to be on sale soon) and was wondering, in what order to the rubber bushings and washers go back on the vehicle at the top of the rear shocks? Thanks!
