I did some homework today!

It really depends on what size you want. I specifically looked at two sizes. the 285/75R16 and the 265/75R16(I realize this is a little bigget than stock size).

I looked on-line and found the best prices available at tirerack.com

The 285s were $144 a tire and the 265s were $138 They estimated about $60 for shipping to me, and then you have to pay someone else to mount and balance them ($153 - 159 a tire delivered)

I found that the only place I could get them locally was at the Firestone dealer and they were running a special on tire packages.

They quoted me:
285s - $662.33 for all four with roadhazzard balance installation etc...So about $165.58 a tire mounted plus tax.

and for the 265s - $613.49 for all four with roadhazzard balance installation etc...So about $153.37 a tire mounted plus tax.

I will probably end up getting them from the dealer and just avoid the hassle of the shipping and running around.

I have not gotten them yet so i can't tell you how they ride but after reading the reviews on tirerack, I think I am sold.

HTH!

Al

I ordered a set of 265 70R16 from Tirerack.com the tires were $116 ea when you add shipping and mounting to them I paid $151 each. The local shops wanted $188 per tire mounted. I ordered them on Sunday and had them on Wed mounted and on my truck.
