Will 98-04 tacoma leafs fit 86 4runner?

Can anyone tell me if 98-04 Taco springs will fit an 86 4runner or a 90 4wd pickup? Are they the same length and width? I appreciate any help!

Thanks
Robb

Yes, BUT; They are longer than the 86 springs. The 86 springs are 47" and the newer taco springs are 57" I believe. You need to relocate the mounts in order to use them.

The guy that has them for sale says they measure 51". I have 3" extended NWOR shackles, think they would work without relocating the mount?

Thanks

Nope... the sprint pin to front mount is longer than your rear springs. If you bolt them up, you'll effectively move your axle back a couple of inches...

For future reference, I beleive the 98-04 have a 53" and it is the 95.5?-97 that have the 51". I can guarantee that my 98 had 53" and therefore I assume the 98-04 do too.

I believe you are correct. Stock 89-95 rear springs will fit on a 95.5-97 Taco and give about 2" of lift. But post 97, the springs are longer in front of the axle center pin, so new mounts would be needed.
