Well just got done with this newer chart... Can't upload any excel files so I saved it as a text...

good list.

however, in the real world, my 305/70-16 MT/R's were nearly a full 1/2" taller than a new set of 285/70-16's...

Even the Goodyear sight lists them as the same size, however,the difference that you have seen first hand is due to the 305 having more tread than the 285 (MT/R only)

I think if you mount two new wheels the 285 and 305 on the same rims, it will be the same height except the 305 of course will look larger since it will bulge out more approx half an inch on each side. The 305's are just meaty, esp. the Wrangler MT/R's...
