2nd Gen Front Speakers.

alright, i have the Infinity Refrence 4002i for my front dash speakers and the drivers side speaker sticks out too far. And im only able to get 2 of the 4 screws in place to hold the speaker on and I cant get the dash to go back completely on. Do i have to cut it out the back of the speaker holder to make the speaker fit into place?

Since you seem to be insistent on putting the Infinity's in there, I'd say that that was perhaps your only option. Just be sure to cut it cleanly and/or tight around the speakers' magnet and perhaps run a bead of silicone caulk around the joint so that you'll be able to maintain the enclosure's integrity.
