POR-15 and paint question

I'm working on prepping my frame to coat it and some parts of the frame still have good paint on it, is it ok to leave this paint on or should i scuff it up/remove it before I coat the frame with por15?

you should clean off all the paint.. if the por-15 isn't touching the steel then it's not helping you.

Try RustBullet instead of POR15. I'm using it on my frame for 1 year with great results.

I already have por15, just working on all the prep work. I'll keep the rustbullet in mind for future projects
