Vehicle Vibration (Yes it's still there)....Need copy of Service Bulletin....

I'm looking for a hard copy of the Toyota Service Bulletin SU002-96 which explains the vibration/balancing problem. I'd like to take it and a copy of the Haweka bulletin that I've got into the dealership with me. I've now had my wheels balanced four times and still have the vibration once I get over 65 mph. I'm sick of it and about to resort to calling Toyota and voicing my displeasure. If anyone has a hard copy, please email it to me at MAverett@bham.rr.com Thanks.

Matt, I cant believe you are still having this vibration problem. Have you read the write-up Gadget did that references the Service Bulliten you mention? Linky You probably have already read it, but I wanted to make sure.
