'92 Pickup Front End Rebuild

I'm planning on a basic front end overhaul of my '92 Pickup. It's hit 170k miles and there's some rust on the end that I can't overlook (radiator's leaking, water pump squeals, timing belt's gone for 60k)

I've got all the parts for the t-belt, water pump and radiator. bought the t-belt kit from engnbldr, other parts from autozone

I bought some good used a-arms for cheap, picked up some aisin hubs and new wheel bearings. I'd like to get a new idler arm, balljoints, and maybe even some swaybar quick disconnects. I'll post some pics when I get started

Quick question -
I'm new to workin on my truck, so I don't know much about aftermarket parts quality vs. OEM parts. I'm tryin to keep the cost down, so as far as the aforementioned parts go, would I be loosing any reliability by goin with some cheaper, Autozone parts? I found a kit on ebay that seems to have a bunch of the parts I'll need

link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WD1V

does somethin like this sound sketchy? its much cheaper than getting all the parts at the stealership or even autozone

also, any other repairs recommended? I'm going to have most the whole IFS off while I'm workin on it, and I'd like to know if there are any other parts that should be looked at after 170k in there.

Thanks for help

You may want to replace the upper and lower a-arm bushings too. If you decide to go with OEM check prices here: https://www.1sttoyotaparts.com/tollfree.html
or here:
http://www.toyota-parts.com/
I got sway bar discos here:
http://www.frontrangeoffroadfab.com/ expensive, but bullet proof.

I bought mine at advance auto (www.partsamerica.com) they were the TRW brand, but in the box they were 777 brand (high quality japanese replacements) Lifetime warranty, cant beat 'em. No issues with them, which is more than I can say for the OEM ones I just had put on my 92 4runner last august (purchased in April with only 23k miles...) The whole front end was rebuilt (all steering and suspension parts) under the NY state lemon law. Long story...But-The lowers are already bad at only 13k miles. Truck had all new suspension, has been kept alligned and not beaten off road. Must've been a bad lot.....

question: which, if any, of the pulley bolts on the 3vze are reverse threaded? i'm having a hell of a time trying to get off the power steering pump pulley, after carefully soaking it in liquid wrench for a day

The PS pump pulley is just a regular thread. Lefty loosey. Mine pulley was rusted on pretty good. You do have the belt still on right?

i do have the belt still on there
the only help i get from the FSM is telling me to pull the belt real tight to keep the pulley from spinning. well, either the bolt has rusted on there, or was overtorqued by the last person to work on it
thanks for the help, by the way. i'll just have to keep workin at it
