Unhappy anyone buy the offroad kit from hi lift?

the one on their website looks dangerous. They used bunch of chains and metal hooks. Is that ok since its used for winching?

i havent got it but the tree saver is a strap that goes around a tree to use for a winch point i think they are required because a cable or chain will cut into the tree
