Hello all. I just recently picked up a 2000 prerunner SR5 and discovered that I have some play on my driver side wheel. Some people say it's the inner tie rod and some say the rack. With that said I did a search at local junkyards and found a rack and pinion for $125, but for a 4runner instead of a tacoma. The junk yard said it should fit the prerunner but I'm a little doubtful. Will all the tie rods and ends be the same? Also with me being new to trucks, it this a hard replacement? Thanks.
