SnwRunnr94, welcome to YT. Check out the Tacoma Territory Off Road Association - Virginia Chapter. There are a number of guys that run with TTORA-VA with 4Runners. They seem to be split up between Northern VA - Richmond - VA Beach.

I believe Jon (aka Runnerboy97) has been on a number of trail runs with these guys and hopefully he can give you some more info.

New club has been organized for central va

Club has finally been organized since the holidays are now gone.
Central VA Toyota Owners Association
open to all toyota enthusiasts, Tacoma, Pickup, 4runner, Tundra
Based in Prince George, VA 23875, 30 Mins south of Richmond

formed to bring together a like minded goup of individuals to work on, drive, and offroad their toyotas.

Three Members are already involved
Barry Smith II-Prince George, VA-
1998 Tacoma TRD 6" lift,winch, highlift, 33's, flowmaster, optima,
1989 4runner!!!!under construction!!!!

Matt Hanzlik-Chester, VA
1994 ext. pickup, 33's, 5" lift,magnaflow

Jared Thacker-Williamsburg, Va
1995 4runner 3.0v6,k&n, flowmaster, new bfg's, stock height for now.

Please any one else interested let me know asap, we will be taking rides to nags head, and george washington national forest soon, we also have a full shop available to us at anytime. Only two specific rules that hve been preliminarily established are that all of us use these vehicles for daily drivers, if you are looking for a hardcore rock climbing club, you will probably not find what we are going to do very interesting, and above all we wil push for saftey, two of the three members, including myself are fathers and have families and want to go home to them. I know you understand and right now no need to go into anything else but if you still are interested after all that. Email me at tacotrd80@aol.com or call 804-909-4345 anytime. I will try to answer any questions you have. AND remeber above all that this intended to be an informal, have fun type of group. Thanks

Hi, I'd be interested. Would I be wrong to assume that with a Prerunner it would be OK for me to join up as well? If you're talking about easy trails, no rocks, or things that are too "rough"...I don't think I'd have a problem with it. I've been wheeling for years (Jeeps mostly), but decided to get out of the hardcore stuff as well as I'm also a father of two kids, and would like to get home to see them, rather than rolling my truck (which I had already done to a Jeep of mine years ago before the kids "happened" ). Just let me know...I'm planning on doing the NE spacer lift and more than likely 33's or 35's. My '05 has the TRD off road package and the rear locker, so it would probably fair pretty well on some "non Tellico" type stuff I look forward to hearing from you. You can best get a hold of me at dactravel@msn.com

Thanks

Dave.

***edit, by the way, I live in the West End of Richmond, so I'm not far away at all, probably 45 minutes from where you're at, or less.***
