My Custom Rear Bumper Build!

This is where I will post all of the updates as I build my custom rear bumper!

8/11/2004 - I went to the steel shop today and picked up:

2 2' lengths of 3"x3" 1/4" wall "L" stock
2.5' of 2"x3" 3/16" wall rectangular tube (already have another 3.5' of this same size)

With this I will be making the frame mounting brackets.

I will get some pics tommarow when I start making the brackets.

8/14/2004 - Made the driver side bracket and picked up the rear tube piece from the steel shop:
5.5' - 2"x4" 3/16" wall rectangle tubing.

I'll try to get some new pics tonight or tommarrow.

8/10/2004 - I have been working on this on and off now because of the limited ammount of time I have.

So far I have finished:
Mounting brackets
hitch reciever in rear tube piece.

Again I will try to get some new pics soon!

Yeah I interested also. I'm thinking of fabing up something for my 92 Truck with a receiver in it.
