where do i plug the wiring harnees in on my 1999 runner. thanx

 

ohh ya this is for my trailer hitch.

 

Splices into the taillights usually on the driver's side pretty easily. Look underneath the rig for the wiring coming off the driver's taillight. It'll be easier to get to if you lower the spare tire. The resse should give you some instructions.
