Hey I was wondering if anyone has painted the center of thier hood flat black?
I am talking about the center hump portion on the hood painting that flat black.
I think it would look kinda cool.
What do you think? Too ricey?
I have some Krylon BBQ grill flat black and was concidering masking my hood off sanding it and shooting it with some.
Also concidering doing the whole anti-chrome thing on my runner.

hey man im new to this board. from ttora. but my two cents, since you asked, i wuold say it would be pretty cool if you used the same color for the center of the hood, and all the chrome. i wouldnt use flat black though, only cause the rest of your paint looks nice. i would seriously consider a satin, ad then clear coat it with some anti gloss, or even gloss for that matter rattle can clear coat. if you could get an air tank and gun that would yeild awesome results. lets see pics!!!
